Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within Pakistan

We deliver across Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery to major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi) may be faster.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount — check our current promotions for details.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your delivery.

Stitched Orders

For stitched clothing items, please allow an additional 5–10 business days for tailoring before dispatch.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@apnishop.space within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will resolve the issue promptly.
